Феохромоцитома (ФХЦ) – катехоламинпродуцирующая опухоль, которая чаще всего (до 85% случаев) расположена в надпочечниках. Одним из главных клинических проявлений ФХЦ является артериальная гипертония (АГ), возникающая в результате секреции опухолью избыточного количества катехоламинов (КА). Иногда у больных ФХЦ возникает стеноз почечной артерии (СПА). В большинстве случаев причиной СПА является сдавливание почечной артерии опухолью или образование фиброзных спаек между опухолью и почечной артерией [3, 12, 21, 27]. СПА может возникать без участия механических факторов. В таких случаях он обусловлен спазмом почечной артерии [5, 12]. В редких случаях при ФХЦ обнаруживают фибромышечную дисплазию почечной артерии [10, 31]. У некоторых больных СПА может быть обратимым и исчезать после удаления ФХЦ [6, 11, 20, 22, 23, 33, 37,39]. СПА при ФХЦ может уменьшаться после лечения блокаторами α -адренергических рецепторов [6, 20]. Мы приводим случай успешного хирургического лечения сочетания ФХЦ и СПА. При этом СПА был обусловлен двумя причинами: спазмом и фибромышечной гиперплазией, которая обнаружена во время операции. Уплотненный участок почечной артерии был удален, и вшита аутовенозная заплата. Подобных описаний случаев в доступной литературе мы не встретили.
