Ингибиторы ангиотензинпревращающего фермента рассматриваются в настоящее время как один из основных классов анти- гипертензивных препаратов для лечения артериальной гипертензии уже на начальных стадиях заболевания. В обзорной ста- тье анализируются клинические эффекты различных ИАПФ.

Angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor is one of basic antihypertensive drugs for treatment of arterial hypertension at first stages of the disease. The review summarizes the data on different ACE inhibitors.
