Одним из наиболее изученных препаратов является периндоприл. В статье приводятся данные по особым свойствам молекулы периндоприла, а также по возможности использования комбинаций периндоприла и индапамида, а также периндоприла и амлодипина для реализации их органопротективных свойств. В завершении предложен дифференцированный подход к использованию различных препаратов, содержащих периндоприл, по разным показаниям.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the form of the literature review we shows the concept of the treatment of high-risk hypertensive patients, who have been taking ACE inhibitors which application is the most advanced approach from the perspective of evidence-based cardiology. One of the most studied drugs is perindopril. The article deals with the data on the special properties of perindopril molecules, as well as on the possibilities of using perindopril and indapamide combination, as well as on usage of indapamide and amlodipine for the realization of protective mechanism.
