Доказательная база по применению бозентана в настоящее время включает наибольшее число рандомизированных клинических исследований по сравнению с другими ЛАГ-специфическими препаратами. Бозентан может с успехом назначаться пациентам с идиопатической легочной гипертензией (ЛГ), легочной артериальной гипертензией (ЛАГ) с системными заболеваниями соединительной ткани (ЛАГ-СЗСТ), ВИЧ-инфекцией (ЛАГ-ВИЧ), врожденными пороками сердца (системно-легочные шунты) - ЛАГ-ВПС, для лечения ЛГ и замедления прогрессирования заболевания при сохранном функциональном классе, как в качестве монотерапии, так и в комбинациях с препаратами других групп. Он является единственным лекарственным препаратом ЛАГ-специфической терапии, зарегистрированным для лечения детей, и единственным препаратом, внесенным в список жизненно необходимых. В статье представлен обзор литературы по клиническим исследованиям с участием бозентана, рассмотрены показания, противопоказания, побочные действия препарата.

At the present time evidential base on bosentan use comprises more randomized control trials results compared with other Lag-specific medications. Bosentan can be successfully used as monotherapy of in combination with medications of other groups in patients with idiopathic pulmonary hypertension (PH), pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) comorbid with connective tissue disease (PAH-CTD), HIV (PAH-HIV), congenital heart disorders (systemic-to-pulmonary shunts) - PAH-CHD, and also in PH treatment and for disease progression delay in patients with unimpaired functional class. It is the only Lag-specific medication approved for use in children and the only medication of this group included in the list of essential medicines. The articles presents literature review of clinical trials on bosentan and discusses indications, contradictions and side effects of its use.
