Перепечатывается с разрешения авторов. На протяжении длительного времени применение b-блокаторов у больных с нарушениями углеводного и липидного обмена было ограничено и даже противопоказано. Связано это было с неблагоприятным влиянием неселективных b-блокаторов на углеводный и липидный обмен. Результаты целого ряда, в том числе и наших собственных исследований доказали не только их метаболическую нейтральность, но и позитивный эффект на липидный обмен в виде достоверного снижения уровня триглицеридов и тенденцию к улучшению показателей глюкозотолерантного теста (ГТТ), снижению инсулинорезистентности (ИР) Наш собственный опыт применения бисопролола (конкора) у больных с метаболическим синдромом (МС) подтверждает его эффективность и безопасность у этой категории пациентов.
