Исследование проведено на базе данных национального регистра АГ в выборке 1285 пациентов АГ, наблюдающихся в первичном звене здравоохранения. Гиперурикемия выявлена в 28,4% случаев. Установлена положительная связь мочевой кислоты с окружностью талии, индексом массы тела и отрицательная – со снижением функции почек (по данным скорости клубочковой фильтрации). Показано, что диуретическая терапия и курение ассоциированы с повышением мочевой кислоты в крови. Изучение встречаемости факторов риска сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний у пациентов с АГ и гиперурикемией показало, что у 80% имелось более 1 дополнительного фактора риска; комбинация из ≥3 факторов риска встречалась значительно чаще у мужчин, чем у женщин.</p><p>Полученные данные проведенного исследования подтверждают, что мочевая кислота тесно связана с нарушенными метаболическими показателями, функцией почек и приемом диуретиков, что делает необходимым осуществлять контроль за ее уровнем у пациентов с АГ, а при гиперурикемии – применять меры для ее снижения согласно существующим рекомендациям.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim of the research is to analyze correlations between uric acid and cardiovascular risk factors (age, body mass index, waist circumference, total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels, glucose) and glomerular filtration Rate in outpatient care hypertensive patients. The research was based on the data of 1285 ambulatory patients from the national register of hypertension. Hyperuricemia was detected in 28,4% of cases. A positive correlation was established between uric acid and waist circumference, body mass index; negative – between uric acid and kidney function deterioration (based on glomerular filtration rate). It was stated that diuretic therapy and smoking are associated with the increase in uric acid serum levels. The study of cardiovascular risk factors frequency in patients with hypertension and hyperuricemia concluded that 80% had more than 1 additional risk factor; combination of ≥3 risk factors occurred in males significantly more often than in females.</p><p>Acquired data proves that uric acid is closely related to disturbance in metabolic factors, kidney function and diuretic therapy admission, which makes it essential to control its levels in hypertensive patients, as well as to use measures approved by the modern guidelines to decrease uric acid in patients with hyperuricemia.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>мочевая кислота</kwd><kwd>гиперурикемия</kwd><kwd>артериальная гипертензия</kwd><kwd>факторы риска сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>uric acid</kwd><kwd>hyperuricemia</kwd><kwd>hypertension</kwd><kwd>cardiovascular risk factors</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Биологическая химия.
