Благодаря развитию инфраструктуры возможно полноценное существование общества и функционирование всего социума, здоровье населения также зависит от состояния этой системы. Любое место проживания человека представляет собой, с одной стороны, искусственную среду обитания, сложную структуру, продуцирующую опасности для жизни и здоровья человека, а с другой – при правильной ее организации обеспечивает эффективные способы противодействия опасностям.</p><p>Цель исследования – оценить ассоциативную связь основных параметров инфраструктуры с артериальной гипертензией (АГ) в крупном промышленном регионе (Кузбасс).</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследовании приняло участие 1598 человек (от 35 до 70 лет), проживающих в Кемеровской области. Артериальное давление (АД) измерялось согласно рекомендациям ВНОК/РМОАГ (2010 г.). Оценка территории зоны проживания проводилась по субъективному мнению респондентов о параметрах инфраструктуры (анкета Neighborhood Environmental Walkability Scale). Выделялся формат данной структуры, который считался неблагоприятным по ответу респондента на вопросы анкеты.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В ходе настоящего исследования выявлены негативные ассоциации с высоким риском развития АГ следующих параметров инфраструктуры: недоступность общественного транспорта (ОШ=1,84), удаленность места работы (ОШ=1,60), отсутствие тротуаров на улицах (ОШ=1,66), удаленность аптеки (ОШ=1,64), недостаточное количество пешеходных переходов, обеспечивающих безопасность при пересечении улиц (ОШ=1,48) и отсутствие тени, падающей на тротуар от деревьев (ОШ=1,31).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Данное исследование продемонстрировало значимость изучения параметров инфраструктуры и планирования городского пространства для формирования здоровье-ориентированного пространства для населения конкретного субъекта Российской Федерации. Ключевые слова: артериальная гипертензия, неблагоприятные параметры инфраструктуры, городское планирование, ассоциативные связи.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The objective of this study is to assess the associative relationship between the main parameters of the infrastructure with arterial hypertension (AH) in a large industrial region (Kuzbass).</p><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. The study involved 1598 people (from 35 to 70 years old) living in Kemerovo region. Blood pressure was measured according to the recommendations of the Russian Society of Cardiology / the Russian Medical Society on Arterial Hypertension (2010). The assessment of the territory of the residence zone was carried out according to the subjective opinion of the respondents about the parameters of the infrastructure (questionnaire Neighborhood Environmental Walkability Scale). The format of this structure was highlighted, which was considered unfavourable according to the respondent's answer to the questionnaire.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. In the course of this study, negative associations with a high risk of developing hypertension were identified for the following infrastructure parameters: inaccessibility of public transport (OR=1,84), remoteness of the workplace (OR=1,60), the lack of sidewalks on the streets (OR=1,66), the remoteness of the pharmacy (OR=1,64), the lack of pedestrian crossings that ensure safety when crossing streets (OR=1,48) and the absence of shadows falling on the sidewalk from the trees (OR=1,31).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
