В странах с низким и средним уровнем дохода более 70% пациентов, получающих антигипертензивную терапию, имеют неконтролируемое течение АГ. Одной из основных причин плохого контроля АД является низкая приверженность пациентов к лечению. Применение фиксированных комбинаций двух или более антигипертензивных препаратов потенциально могут улучшить показатели контроля АД, не увеличивая риска развития побочных эффектов, и тем самым могут предотвратить развитие сердечно-сосудистых осложнений неконтролируемого течения АГ.</p><p>Преимуществами фиксированных комбинаций компании Канонфарма Продакшн являются доказанная биоэквивалентность референтным препаратам, хорошая переносимость, удобство в применении и более низкая стоимость по сравнению с оригинальными препаратами. ToGlobally more than 1.4 billion people have hypertension, of whom less than 15% have their blood pressure appropriately controlled (BP), and that is the leading cause of death globally. In low- and middle-income countries, more than 70% of the treated patients have uncontrolled hypertension.
