Одним из наиболее изученных и изучаемых ИАПФ при инфаркте миокарда оказался малоизвестный до недавнего времени в России ИАПФ зофеноприл ("Зокардис", Берлин-Хеми/Менарини фарма). Подробное изучение зофеноприла при инфаркте миокарда вылилось в огромный и беспрецедентный по масштабам среди исследований ИАПФ при данной патологии проект SMILE (The Survival of Myocardial Infarction Long-term Evaluation - длительная оценка выживаемости больных с инфарктом миокарда), который в настоящее время анализируется многими специалистами, занимающимися вопросами лечения инфаркта миокарда.Эффективность зофеноприла доказана при инфаркте миокарда как у больных с дисфункцией левого желудочка, так и у больных с сохраненной функцией сердца. При этом существенным преимуществом применения зофеноприла у больных с сохранной функцией левого желудочка является способность данного ИАПФ достоверно уменьшать количество эпизодов ишемии миокарда, что имеет важное практическое значение для пациентов после перенесенного инфаркта миокарда.</p></abstract></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Ferreira S.H.
