Появление новых представителей БКК привлекает к себе особый интерес с позиции анализа особенностей их фармакодинамики, фармакокинетики, терапевтической эффективности и переносимости в сопоставлении с другими антигипертензивными препаратами. Представитель последнего поколения БКК лерканидипин по химической структуре относится к дигидропиридиновым БКК, которые отличаются от недигидропиридинов (верапамил, дилтиазем) более высокой селективностью к медленным кальциевым каналам гладкомышечных клеток сосудов по сравнению с кальциевыми каналами миокарда. В исследовании in vitro продемонстрирована бЧльшая вазоселективность лерканидипина по сравнению с другими БКК: выше, чем у амлодипина, фелодипина, нитрендипина и лацидипина [<xref ref-type="bibr" rid="cit1">1</xref>]. В соответствии с вазоселективностью лерканидипин проявляет менее выраженную отрицательную инотропную активность по сравнению с другими антагонистами кальция как в условиях in vitro, так и in vivo.
