Синдром обструктивного апноэ во время сна. Механизмы возникновения. Клиническое значение. Связь с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями. Принципы лечения

Аннотация

В статье подробно описаны основные механизмы возникновения синдрома обструктивного апноэ во время сна
(СОАС). На основании крупных популяционных рандомизированных исследований в этой области показана
значимость и распространенность нарушений дыхания во время сна обструктивного характера и обосновывается их
клиническое значение в практике врача - терапевта и кардиолога. По данным многочисленных литературных
источников продемонстрированы особенности взаимосвязи СОАС и сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, а также
приводятся основные подходы и методы лечения на современном этапе.
